Hi, my name’s Ahmed 👋🏻!
I started property investing in 2016 after failing to get a job after graduating from university with an Economics degree from University College London.
I had no money, experience or contacts in property.
I read books, attended courses, hired mentors and eventually started working for a property investor on a commission basis. Once I had gained enough experience I started an Airbnb business.
For the first 2 years of property investing, I rented properties and sub-let them on Airbnb for profit.
I saved up all the money from the Airbnb business & bought my first property in December 2018 - a one-bedroom flat in Battersea Park, London.
I quickly reconfigured that flat into a two-bedroom flat and that increased the value by £82,500! I then refinanced the property to release as much money as possible and bought the next property in London Bridge and repeated the process.
In 2020, I started buying houses to convert into flats - with my last project being a house I converted into 5 flats in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.

Right at the start of the programme I'll assess your situation; how much time and experience you have, your area, goals, finances available to determine which property strategy is most suitable for you to achieve your goals.
